More over, its reasonable inner structure scale, precisions and surface qualification proceeded with high- precise-cold and heat-cure accord with the international standard boundary dimensions, precisions, the surface qualification and the structure deformation, and strictly differ from other ordinary roller and plain bearings with the cage or full-scroll style. Compared with the ordinary bearings, it is with HRC60-68 ,highly heat-resistant to300℃,500℃ or 800℃, more bearing , oxidation-resistant and cautery-proof, highly rigid and attrition-resistant, highly-colliding-resistant and occlusive, slick and bright. Additionally, T00000C is self-lubricated , esp. T00000 of the low-speed ones can still work even without the lubrication. And its load capacity is 1.4 times bigger than the ordinary ones, with the average life over 5 times longer than the ordinary ones. Classification:

1.There are two classification according to the bearing material, T-type steel high temperature bearing, TC-type steel-ceramics high temperature bearing.

2.There are three classifications according to the grades of high temperature –resistance: LT grade, also called low grade of high temperature bearing, the temperature resistance <300℃.T grade, also called high grade of high temperature bearing, the temperature resistance <500℃. CT grade, also called super grade of high temperature bearing, the temperature resistance <800℃

3. Classification according to the bearing structure, there are high temperature rolling bearing and high temperature sliding bearing TH0000 type(the viscosity ≤360m/min). The high temperature rolling bearing are also classified as below: full of roller T0000 type and self-lubricated T0000Ctype (Be applied in the high load condition, low viscosity <100r/min, or horizontal installed, the middle viscosity) and type TS0000 with cage (high-middle viscosity).
