Polyisocyanurate Sandwich Roof Panel is also known as anti-leakage sandwich roof panel, polyurethane hard foam insulation panel, polyurethane composite panel, PIR panel. It is a polyurethane rigid foam as a thermal insulation layer of bimetallic surface, monometallic surface, non-metallic surface composite plate, it is a wide range of uses, high potential energy-efficient building envelope materials, but also a new type of energy-saving plate.

Product Features:

1. Energy-saving & insulation: The insulation effect of the same thickness is 2 times that of EPS board.

2. Flame retardant and fireproof: the combustion level reaches B1/B2.

3. Airtight & sound insulation: good sound absorption, it has a reducing effect on external sounds.

4. Waterproof and rustproof: large span, fast drainage, good waterproof effect; The screws are hidden and not easy to rust.

Sandwich Roof Panels consists of two outer metal sheets (Color-coated steel plate, stainless steel, aluminum plate or other) with stabilizing core of insulation sandwiched between them.The outer surface of the sheet can be flat(microribbed /plat/square wave/relief), corrugated or any specific design.Insulating material can be Polyurethane(PUF), Poly-isocyanurate(PIR), Rockwool or glasswool.
