Our fire assay crucibles material of construction is fire clay mixed with other refractory materials. They withstand temperatures up to 1300`C.

This composition and their design give them an excellent resistance against flux attack, erosion, cracking and thermal shock. They can therefore work under harsh conditions, and have a longer life. Furthermore, they have a high resistance to thermal shock, and produce a faster fusion, and constant melting speed.

What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

-FOB price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.

-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking.

How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Sample leading time: usually need 3-7days. Mass production leading time:around 30 days.

If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products is caused by us, we will provide replacement service.
